3 Cups Oats
1 Cup Oat Flour
1 Cup nuts (Pecans, Walnuts or any nut)
1/2 Cup Flaxseed
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Cardamom
3/4 Cup Grape seed Oil
3/4 Cup maple syrup or agave nectar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl whisk the Grapeseed, maple, vanilla. Mix all together with a spoon. Spread evenly out on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes.
*I use just a 1/4 cup of flaxseed. You can make it without, no biggie.
**I cook it for 35 minutes. Makes it a little bit crunchier.
***Don’t forget to break it up and use it as a cereal. Bonus, it makes a great topping for ice cream.
